Part 1: Games
Here are the games I have developed during my time in the Institution of Technical Education (ITE).

Black Sky
1. Ace Raiders

This is one of the best games that I have made so far using construct 3. This game is about an ace pilot flying in space destroying alien ships. There are 3 levels in the game.

3. Ghost Annihilation

Ghost Annihilation is a simple game about shooting as many ghosts as possible before being overwhelmed by them. the player is armed with only a pistol.

5. Ace Raiders: Ace Zero

This is a game made as part of my group project. Bryan Tay, Muhammad Nufail and I worked in it within a few days. It acts as a prequel to Ace raiders. The story is about a space pilot named Jacker, who got lost in the battle with some aliens from the Sharr empire.

2. Platform Guy

Platform Guy is a game about a guy hoping from one platform to another, collecting coins while trying to reach the end goal.

4. Man vs Bricks

Man vs Bricks is a game where Toby, who is stuck on a ship, has to use fireballs to defeat the bricks, collect 30 coins, and reach the end goal.

6. Onslaught Overload

Onslaught Overload is a 3D first person shooter action game developed by me. The objective of this game is to shoot all the robots and reach to the beacon to shut it down. There are 3 levels in the game.

Business Card Design Explained:

Here are the guiding principles behind my name card designs: ​

  • Color Scheme: Utilizes a deep red background with a black border, creating a professional and bold look that reflects the "Rouge Noire" brand. White text is used for strong contrast, ensuring excellent readability.

  • Layout & Balance (Front):

    • The brand logo is prominently positioned on the left side, immediately establishing brand identity.

    • The individual's name is clearly displayed in large white text on the right for easy recognition.

  • Layout & Balance (Back):

    • Essential details like job title, contact information, and website are neatly organized with white text for clarity and quick reference.

  • Typography: Employs a clean, professional font (such as "Myriad Pro") for all text, enhancing readability and maintaining a polished appearance.

Logo Design Explained:

The design choices are guided by the following principles:
 

  • Color & Contrast: Uses "Rouge" (red) and "Noire" (black) from the brand name for striking visual contrast. White text and elements ensure high visibility.

  • Gaming Theme: Features a classic game controller as the central element, instantly communicating the "Games" focus of the brand.

  • Brand Prominence: The name "Rouge Noire Games" is clearly displayed in the middle of the controller for strong, immediate brand identification.

  • Bold Typography: The "Impact" font is chosen for the text to convey excitement, energy, and a sense of determination.

  • Shape: The design is contained within a hexagon, providing a modern and distinct frame.
